ouvrir pour que les AESH et AED connaissent enfin une am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions d\u2019emploi et de travail, c\u2019est bien celle des salaires.<\/p><p>En effet, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019augmentation de 3,5 % du point d\u2019indice au 1<sup>er<\/sup> juillet 2022 (bien d\u00e9risoire quand le taux d\u2019inflation atteint 6,2% en 2022\u2026) et la derni\u00e8re <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000046780634\">augmentation de l\u2019indice plancher<\/a> dans la fonction publique au 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier 2023, en raison de l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000046780043\">augmentation du SMIC horaire brut \u00e0 cette date<\/a>, tous les AESH et AED en CDD sont actuellement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019indice 353.<\/p><p>L\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale a d\u00fb se mettre en conformit\u00e9 avec l\u2019obligation r\u00e9glementaire&nbsp;: la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des AESH et AED ne peut \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieure au traitement indiciaire correspondant au SMIC.<\/p><p>Lorsque l\u2019indice plancher passe de 352 \u00e0 353, cela se traduit pour les personnels par une hausse de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute de 4,85\u20ac, s\u2019ils sont \u00e0 temps complet.<\/p><p>Par contre, pas d\u2019augmentation salariale pour les AESH et les AED en CDI (les indices major\u00e9s appliqu\u00e9s \u00e9tant sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 l\u2019indice plancher), ce qui provoque automatiquement pour ces agents une nouvelle baisse de leur pouvoir d\u2019achat.<\/p><p>Puisque les AESH et AED en CDD restent r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s au SMIC pendant 6 ans de CDD, comment l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle accumul\u00e9e est-elle valoris\u00e9e&nbsp;?<\/p><p>De plus, pour les AESH en CDI, l\u2019\u00e9cart indiciaire par rapport \u00e0 leurs coll\u00e8gues en CDD se r\u00e9duit drastiquement : il n\u2019y a plus que 2 points d\u2019indice entre les AESH nouvellement recrut\u00e9s et les AESH en CDI depuis moins de 3 ans (c\u2019\u00e9tait 20 points en septembre 2021&nbsp;!).<\/p><p>Concr\u00e8tement, pour une quotit\u00e9 travaill\u00e9e de 62% (quotit\u00e9 la plus fr\u00e9quente), les AESH dans leur 3<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de CDI, qui ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 dans leurs fonctions il y a presque 9 ans, voire davantage, ne per\u00e7oivent que 6 \u20ac brut de plus par mois que les AESH qui viennent tout juste d\u2019\u00eatre recrut\u00e9s.<\/p><p>La grille indiciaire des AESH, entr\u00e9e en application le 1<sup>er<\/sup> septembre 2021, a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement \u00e9cras\u00e9e pour les 3 premiers \u00e9chelons, et ce en seulement 16 mois\u2026<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-1361461 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1361461\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column travaill\u00e9e (exemple&nbsp;: 0,62)<\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>Une hausse de 10% des cr\u00e9dits allou\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des AESH est envisag\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de septembre 2023. Mais n\u2019allons pas trop vite en besogne en l\u2019interpr\u00e9tant comme une revalorisation salariale de 10% de tous les AESH. En effet, rien n\u2019est encore act\u00e9 en ce qui concerne les modalit\u00e9s de mise en \u0153uvre de cette mesure et l\u2019impact effectif qu\u2019elle aura sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de chaque AESH\u2026 Le SNALC redoute entre autres que cette augmentation se fasse en contrepartie d\u2019une extension de leurs missions.<\/p><p>La situation est pire encore pour les AED, puisqu\u2019il n\u2019existe pas de grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour ces personnels, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au CDI depuis septembre 2022&nbsp;: 6 ans de CDD sans la moindre possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019avancement salarial et un \u00e9cart de quelques points d\u2019indice entre les AED en CDD et les AED en CDI. L\u2019\u00e9cart \u00e9tait de 10 points en septembre 2022, mais il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit d\u2019un point en janvier 2023 et il devrait \u00eatre amen\u00e9 \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre avec les prochaines hausses du SMIC.<\/p><p>Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9cart entre les agents en CDD (traitement aff\u00e9rent \u00e0 l\u2019indice major\u00e9 353 au lieu de 352) et ceux en CDI (indice major\u00e9 362) est pass\u00e9 de 48,50\u20ac \u00e0 43,65\u20ac, pour un temps complet.<\/p><p>S\u2019il a toujours d\u00e9fendu le CDI pour les AED et la stabilit\u00e9 qui en d\u00e9coule dans les \u00e9quipes de vie scolaire, le SNALC est fermement oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration&nbsp;!<\/p><p>Parce que la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des AESH et des AED est une question qui ne peut plus attendre, parce qu\u2019il a des <a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/grilles-contractuels-aed-aesh-propositions\/\">propositions de grilles indiciaires<\/a> et parce que sa repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e avec ses r\u00e9sultats aux derni\u00e8res \u00e9lections professionnelles, le SNALC mobilisera tous les moyens d\u2019action dont il dispose pour que le minist\u00e8re ouvre urgemment des n\u00e9gociations afin de revaloriser significativement et durablement ces agents, sans lesquels l\u2019institution ne fonctionnerait pas
