elementor-size-default\">L&rsquo;ESSENTIEL<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-95fc7cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"95fc7cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans un pr\u00e9ambule qui s\u2019est voulu rassurant sur le fait qu\u2019elle n\u2019a aucune intention de nuire aux CPGE ECG, bien au contraire, la DGESIP a affirm\u00e9 son souhait d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de ces fili\u00e8res postbac qui sont en souffrance.<\/p><p>Des inqui\u00e9tudes existent quant au calendrier des r\u00e9flexions qui sont men\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Il se divise, en fait, en deux temps&nbsp;:<\/p><ul><li>Un temps global avec les associations, les grandes \u00e9coles, les proviseurs des lyc\u00e9es h\u00e9bergeant des classes pr\u00e9paratoires.<\/li><li>Un second temps plus pr\u00e9cis avec notamment l\u2019\u00e9criture ou la r\u00e9\u00e9criture de programmes.<\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>Nous sommes encore dans le premier temps, celui du diagnostic et des premi\u00e8res propositions.<\/p><p>Un COPIL a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place qui s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9uni en deux occasions.<\/p><p>Le diagnostic est clair. Alors que d\u2019autres CPGE remplissent \u00e0 80-90%, les pr\u00e9pas ECG ont un taux de remplissage inqui\u00e9tant (60 \u00e0 70%).<\/p><p>30% des pr\u00e9pas ECG ne remplissent qu\u2019\u00e0 50% et 15% ne remplissent m\u00eame qu\u2019\u00e0 25%.<\/p><p>C\u2019est dangereux car des grandes \u00e9coles ne sont plus pourvues et sont menac\u00e9es de fermeture. Elles doivent en outre diversifier leurs viviers, ce qui aura un impact sur les pr\u00e9pas ECG dans une logique de cercle vicieux.<\/p><p>Des propositions ont donc \u00e9merg\u00e9 parmi lesquelles la diplomation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Sous l\u2019impulsion des grandes \u00e9coles et en partant des pr\u00e9occupations nouvelles des \u00e9tudiants, l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019apporter une coloration d\u00e9veloppement durable est envisag\u00e9e.<\/p><p>D\u2019autres \u00e9ventualit\u00e9s comme celle d\u2019un parcours moins math\u00e9matique ou celle d\u2019un tronc commun avec un parcours approfondi mieux r\u00e9parti sont envisag\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Mais il n\u2019est pas question de revenir \u00e0 deux fili\u00e8res dont une sans math\u00e9matiques car du point de vue RH, ce serait une catastrophe.<\/p><p>Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, les quatre parcours sont maintenus et le volume horaire global restera inchang\u00e9.<\/p><p>Mais une r\u00e9flexion sur le volume horaire de math\u00e9matiques doit se faire car les \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui ont peu d\u2019heures de math\u00e9matiques en lyc\u00e9e sont forc\u00e9ment rebut\u00e9s par un minimum de huit heures de math\u00e9matiques en classe pr\u00e9paratoire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2d2eb70 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"2d2eb70\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9c3912a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9c3912a\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-418dba3\" data-id=\"418dba3\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c371ee3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c371ee3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">L&rsquo;AVIS DU SNALC<\/h5>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef7080d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef7080d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Si le SNALC partage le constat d\u2019une baisse d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 comme il partage l\u2019objectif d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la situation, il ne partage clairement pas les moyens propos\u00e9s par la DGESIP.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Pour le SNALC, il y a un travail \u00e0 faire sur l\u2019amont. Si l\u2019on ne parvient pas \u00e0 mettre trois sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s en terminale, il faut, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut, retravailler l\u2019articulation entre d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 math\u00e9matiques compl\u00e9mentaires et de l\u2019autre le programme de math\u00e9matiques appliqu\u00e9es en ECG.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Et, \u00e9l\u00e9ment central pour le SNALC, il faut mieux communiquer en direction des lyc\u00e9ens et des \u00e9quipes des lyc\u00e9es, afin que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves soient mieux inform\u00e9s sur les attendus et afin de lutter contre l\u2019id\u00e9e encore tenace qu\u2019il faut forc\u00e9ment avoir pris la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 \u2018math\u00e9matiques\u2019 pour aller en ECG.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Un travail sur le programme de Math\u00e9matiques appliqu\u00e9es pour le rendre plus accessible aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant fait moins de math\u00e9matiques en lyc\u00e9e s\u2019entend. Mais il ne doit pas s\u2019accompagner d\u2019une baisse du volume horaire. Le SNALC s\u2019oppose \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e que ce sont les heures qui rebutent. Avoir un programme et un vrai temps pour faire les choses a de quoi int\u00e9resser les \u00e9tudiants. De m\u00eame, le SNALC s\u2019oppose \u00e0 toute mesure qui aurait un effet d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re sur les postes.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le SNALC ne voit pas le rapport entre la r\u00e9flexion sur la coloration \u00ab d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00bb et les difficult\u00e9s actuelles. Il d\u00e9fend des programmes disciplinaires.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Nous comprenons que, par rapport au RNCP, l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une diplomation n\u2019ait pas tenu. Par contre, il faut int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion une valorisation du parcours CPGE ECG qui aille plus loin que l\u2019obtention de cr\u00e9dits ECTS.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Tr\u00e8s clairement, pour le SNALC, il est urgent de prendre le temps de la r\u00e9flexion. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les familles ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 se rendre compte que le pays des f\u00e9es qui leur \u00e9tait vendu avec la r\u00e9forme du lyc\u00e9e n\u2019existe pas. Un r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage va m\u00e9caniquement avoir lieu. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une meilleure information des Psy-EN et des professeurs, cela aura un premier effet. Nonobstant, nous participerons aux r\u00e9flexions \u00e0 venir avec le souhait de voir \u00e9claircies les positions des Grandes \u00c9coles sur les programmes des CPGE ECG, notamment en math\u00e9matiques, comme sur leur recrutement sur les CPES. Nous contribuerons \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des programmes uniquement si elle garantit une meilleure attractivit\u00e9 sans toucher \u00e0 la structure et sans causer de suppressions de postes.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Le SNALC rappelle que si on en est l\u00e0, c\u2019est aussi car le COPIL ne nous a pas \u00e9cout\u00e9 la fois derni\u00e8re, alors que nous avions anticip\u00e9 l\u2019essentiel des probl\u00e8mes qui se posent aujourd\u2019hui. Si le COPIL demeure dans ses certitudes, nous construirons le rapport de force, y compris par la gr\u00e8ve, avec les coll\u00e8gues et l\u2019APHEC.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d99a24 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"0d99a24\"
