Plusieurs solutions peuvent \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le <strong>temps partiel th\u00e9rapeutique <\/strong>permet de travailler \u00e0 temps partiel sans pour autant subir de perte de salaire. Pour en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, il faut adresser \u00e0 l\u2019administration, par voie hi\u00e9rarchique, une demande d\u2019autorisation de servir \u00e0 temps partiel pour raison th\u00e9rapeutique, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical qui mentionne la quotit\u00e9 de temps de travail, la dur\u00e9e et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019exercice des fonctions \u00e0 temps partiel pour raison th\u00e9rapeutique prescrites. La quotit\u00e9 de temps de travail est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 50 %, 60 %, 70 %, 80 % ou 90 % de la dur\u00e9e du service hebdomadaire. Le temps partiel th\u00e9rapeutique est renouvelable par p\u00e9riodes de trois mois dans la limite d\u2019une ann\u00e9e. Les droits pour une nouvelle ann\u00e9e sont renouvel\u00e9s un an apr\u00e8s la fin de la premi\u00e8re autorisation.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019<strong>all\u00e8gement de service <\/strong>(concerne les enseignants uniquement) permet d\u2019obtenir une r\u00e9duction jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30% de son temps de travail, sans perte de salaire non plus. La demande se fait pour la rentr\u00e9e suivante, \u00e0 l\u2019automne en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un formulaire acad\u00e9mique.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de pathologie relevant d\u2019un cong\u00e9 longue maladie, qui n\u00e9cessite des soins p\u00e9riodiques (h\u00e9modialyse, chimioth\u00e9rapie, \u2026),&nbsp;il est possible d\u2019\u00eatre plac\u00e9 en cong\u00e9 longue maladie fractionn\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de travailler une partie de la semaine et en cong\u00e9 longue maladie une autre pour pouvoir effectuer ses soins.. Dans ce cas, la dur\u00e9e des droits \u00e0 CLM \u00e0 plein traitement est calcul\u00e9e sur une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de quatre ans.<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, l\u2019agent qui a une RQTH peut obtenir un temps partiel de droit que l\u2019administration ne peut refuser (r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 dans ce cas au prorata).
