Elles ont confirmation que le pacte est un instrument qui\u00a0ne r\u00e9pond en rien aux attentes des coll\u00e8gues et aux besoins de l\u2019Ecole. Loin de contribuer \u00e0 la\u00a0revalorisation attendue par toutes et tous, le pacte va conduire \u00e0 un alourdissement de la charge de\u00a0travail des personnels. Aucune r\u00e9ponse n\u2019est apport\u00e9e sur la question des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales\u00a0femmes\/hommes : le pacte va m\u00eame aggraver ces in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, c\u2019est inacceptable !
