{"id":1263,"date":"2023-03-21T13:52:09","date_gmt":"2023-03-21T12:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=1263"},"modified":"2023-03-21T13:52:12","modified_gmt":"2023-03-21T12:52:12","slug":"projet-de-reforme-des-lycees-professionnels-une-intersyndicale-unie-et-vigilante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=1263","title":{"rendered":"Projet de r\u00e9forme des lyc\u00e9es professionnels : une intersyndicale unie et vigilante"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/category\/second-degre\/lycee-pro\/\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/atelier_istock_monkeybusinessimages-628110940.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 istock_monkeybusinessimages-628110940<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/bandeau_is_pro_20230321-1024x180.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La mobilisation des personnels des lyc\u00e9es professionnels a pos\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9bat large la question des difficult\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par les r\u00e9formes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, la transformation de la voie professionnelle et les annonces du Pr\u00e9sident alors que l\u2019intersyndicale ne cesse d\u2019insister sur l\u2019imp\u00e9rieuse n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de mise en oeuvre de mesures permettant d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions d\u2019\u00e9tudes des jeunes, leur r\u00e9ussite aux examens et les conditions de travail des personnels.<br>La transformation de la voie professionnelle engag\u00e9e sous le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent quinquennat est \u00e0 rebours de ces objectifs. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019intersyndicale voie professionnelle continue d\u2019exiger une r\u00e9vision des dispositifs \u2013 notamment sur les enseignements pluridisciplinaires (la co-intervention et le chef-d\u2019oeuvre) mais \u00e9galement les familles de m\u00e9tiers, pour redonner du temps disciplinaire aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et permettre aux enseignant\u00b7es de renforcer la r\u00e9ussite de toutes et tous aux \u00e9preuves des dipl\u00f4mes.<br>Si \u00e0 l\u2019issue des groupes de travail la ministre Carole Grandjean a convenu qu\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas de consensus sur l\u2019augmentation de 50 % des stages, elle ne renonce pas \u00e0 tenter d\u2019imposer une augmentation en classe de terminale. L\u2019intersyndicale s\u2019oppose toujours \u00e0 toute semaine suppl\u00e9mentaire et rappelle que c\u2019est sur la qualit\u00e9 des stages qu\u2019il faut absolument travailler et non sur leur quantit\u00e9. L\u2019intersyndicale s\u2019oppose aussi fermement au SNU qui confisquerait encore deux semaines d\u2019\u00e9cole \u00e0 nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves de seconde bac pro et de premi\u00e8re CAP. Elle rappelle que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves entrant en lyc\u00e9e professionnel cumulent des difficult\u00e9s sociales et scolaires et qu\u2019ils ont besoin de plus et de mieux d\u2019\u00e9cole.<br>Alors que le projet de C. Grandjean reste tr\u00e8s contest\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tablissements, que la r\u00e9forme n\u2019est toujours pas d\u00e9voil\u00e9e, le minist\u00e8re veut l\u2019imposer en inscrivant dans le Pacte de nouvelles missions pour les professeur\u00b7es de lyc\u00e9e professionnel. Pour l\u2019intersyndicale, ce choix d\u2019imposer de nouvelles missions au d\u00e9triment de la revalorisation des salaires est inacceptable.<br>L\u2019intersyndicale r\u00e9affirme son opposition ferme au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprentissage \u00e0 tout crin dans nos lyc\u00e9es professionnels et en particulier sous la forme de mixit\u00e9 de public qui revient \u00e0 d\u00e9grader l\u2019organisation des \u00e9tablissements et l\u2019organisation p\u00e9dagogique dans nos classes. Ce sont nos lyc\u00e9es professionnels et nos formations scolaires qui ont besoin d\u2019un vaste plan de revalorisation !<br>L\u2019intersyndicale d\u00e9nonce la quasi-absence d\u2019options pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de lyc\u00e9e professionnel. Elle en demande la cr\u00e9ation, adoss\u00e9es \u00e0 des programmes rigoureux, financ\u00e9es par des moyens suppl\u00e9mentaires et certificatives pour les dipl\u00f4mes.<br>L\u2019intersyndicale rappelle qu\u2019une r\u00e9forme ne peut et ne doit se faire contre les personnels et contre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des jeunes. Les lyc\u00e9es professionnels font partie int\u00e9grante du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif du pays et jouent aussi un r\u00f4le qualifiant et social majeur pour un tiers de la jeunesse lyc\u00e9enne. Elle rappelle donc \u00e0 la ministre, si elle persiste \u00e0 vouloir imposer un projet, qu\u2019elle doit le pr\u00e9senter aux repr\u00e9sentants des personnels afin d\u2019en informer tous les acteurs concern\u00e9s. \u00c0 ce titre, il est temps de clarifier les modalit\u00e9s et le rythme des r\u00e9unions et pour davantage de transparence dans la m\u00e9thode de dialogue social, de privil\u00e9gier des r\u00e9unions avec toutes les organisations syndicales. L\u2019intersyndicale attend donc un calendrier et des documents pr\u00e9cis afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer ensemble les contenus de son projet.<br>L\u2019intersyndicale reste tr\u00e8s vigilante et prendra ses responsabilit\u00e9s, en particulier sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui ont d\u00e9clench\u00e9 la contestation massive des personnels, mais aussi sur tous les dispositifs qui d\u00e9graderaient encore les conditions d\u2019\u00e9tudes des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, les stages et les conditions de travail des personnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
