La promesse de campagne n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 tenue ni sur le temps (septembre au lieu de janvier), ni sur le montant. On est tr\u00e8s loin des 10\u00a0% annonc\u00e9s, puisque la hausse est d\u2019environ 100\u20ac net par mois (92\u20ac pour les enseignants du second degr\u00e9) pour la grande majorit\u00e9 des coll\u00e8gues. Or, nous ne gagnons pas 1000\u20ac par mois \u00e0 partir de l\u2019\u00e9chelon 8\u2026<br>Si le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> a pu constater que le minist\u00e8re a fait \u00e9voluer la r\u00e9partition de son enveloppe dite \u00ab\u00a0socle\u00a0\u00bb afin de la rendre un peu plus \u00e9quitable, il rappelle qu\u2019il en faudrait encore 8 ou 9 comme celle-ci afin de nous payer \u00e0 la hauteur de notre niveau de concours, de notre niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes, de nos responsabilit\u00e9s et de la difficult\u00e9 de nos conditions de travail.<br>Sur le pacte, qui n\u2019est pas une revalorisation, le minist\u00e8re a semble-t-il commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019il n\u2019allait pas susciter l\u2019enthousiasme\u00a0: c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 les soldes\u00a0! On est en effet pass\u00e9 de 24h \u00e0 18h de remplacement ou de soutien en 6e pour toucher les fameux 1250 \u20ac. Le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> continue de d\u00e9noncer cette logique du \u00ab\u00a0travailler plus pour gagner plus\u00a0\u00bb, qui s\u2019appuie sur la paup\u00e9risation de notre m\u00e9tier et oublie que nous traversons une crise de recrutement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<br>Le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> continue de demander un rattrapage salarial sans contrepartie pour tous les coll\u00e8gues, appuy\u00e9 sur une loi de programmation pluriannuelle.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/20230420_compresse_revalo_1an.pdf\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a9 istock_Lena_Zajchikova-1142683493Le SNALC a pris connaissance des annonces faites par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique sur la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des enseignants.Pour le SNALC, on est tr\u00e8s loin du compte.
