C\u2019est donc 6 briques ou rien&nbsp;: Une brique \u00ab&nbsp;remplacement&nbsp;\u00bb 18h + 3 briques \u00e0 24h de face \u00e0 face \u00e9l\u00e8ves + 2 briques non quantifi\u00e9es \u00e0 choisir dans les missions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la conduite de projets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour quelles missions&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNE AUGMENTATION DE LA CHARGE DE TRAVAIL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><td><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Volume<\/strong><strong>Annuel<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td rowspan=\"4\"><strong>Face \u00e0 face p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong><\/td><td>Assurer les remplacements de courte dur\u00e9e (RCD)<\/td><td>18h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Intervention dans le cadre de la d\u00e9couverte des m\u00e9tiers au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des coll\u00e9giens<\/td><td>24h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Enseignement et accompagnement dans les p\u00e9riodes post bac professionnel (sp\u00e9cialisations ou consolidation en STS)<\/td><td>24h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Enseignement compl\u00e9mentaire en groupes d\u2019effectifs r\u00e9duits (soutien)<\/td><td>24h<\/td><\/tr><tr><td rowspan=\"5\"><strong>Accompagnement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves et conduites de projet<\/strong><\/td><td>Coordination et prise en charge des projets d\u2019innovation p\u00e9dagogique (lien avec l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;: formation tuteurs\/partenariat entreprise\/projet innovant\u2026)<\/td><td>?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Appui \u00e0 la prise en charge d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 besoins particuliers (accompagnement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves ni en emploi ni en formation apr\u00e8s le bac)<\/td><td>?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Coordination des dispositifs de d\u00e9couverte des m\u00e9tiers et des fili\u00e8res<\/td><td>?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Accompagnement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en difficult\u00e9 (Tutorat\/D\u00e9crochage)<\/td><td>?<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Accompagnement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de Terminale en partenariat avec les acteurs locaux de l\u2019emploi<\/td><td>?<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18H+ 2 HSA + 6 MISSIONS dont le RCD (officiellement prioritaire&nbsp;!)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour rappel, les enseignants travaillent 43h par semaine en moyenne.&nbsp; Vouloir augmenter le temps de travail c\u2019est nier le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration didactique et p\u00e9dagogique de nos s\u00e9quences de cours et surtout nier nos conditions de travail d\u00e9j\u00e0 difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi refuser le Pacte ?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ce pacte n\u2019est pas une revalorisation et masque le manque de moyens financier pour les mesures \u00ab socle \u00bb : le doublement de l\u2019ISO que nous avons arrach\u00e9 reste insuffisant au regard de la perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat accumul\u00e9e depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. Les mesures \u00e0 moyen et long termes sur l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du d\u00e9roulement de carri\u00e8re \u00e9taient indispensables et ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9termination intersyndicale. Cependant, Pour une majorit\u00e9 des personnels les mesures ne vont pas permettre de compenser l\u2019inflation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le pacte est le bras arm\u00e9 de la r\u00e9forme : la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des 12 mesures propos\u00e9es par le pr\u00e9sident Macron sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mise en place du Pacte. Pr\u00e9tendant mieux payer les personnels et aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en difficult\u00e9s, le Pacte accentue les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves et d\u00e9gradera les conditions de travail, les collectifs de travail et l\u2019organisation des \u00e9tablissements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le statut est menac\u00e9 : la surcharge de travail occasionn\u00e9e par les missions du Pacte est bien r\u00e9elle. Nos obligations r\u00e9glementaires de service risquent de voler en \u00e9clats rapidement et l\u2019annualisation de nos services en d\u00e9coulera.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le pacte est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 par de l\u2019indemnitaire, non pris en compte pour le calcul de la pension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des cons\u00e9quences catastrophiques&nbsp;pour l\u2019exercice de nos m\u00e9tiers :<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pacte LP est brutal et dangereux car il signe une concurrence renforc\u00e9e entre les personnels et une explosion des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s salariales entre les femmes et les hommes.
