Il d\u00e9finit l&#8217;employeur comp\u00e9tent pour le versement de la prime. Il fixe le bar\u00e8me applicable en fonction de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration brute per\u00e7ue au titre de la p\u00e9riode du 1er juillet 2022 au 30 juin 2023, le plafond de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 au dispositif \u00e9tant fix\u00e9 \u00e0 39 000 \u20ac bruts. Il pr\u00e9cise les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration exclus de l&rsquo;assiette de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration prise en compte pour d\u00e9terminer l&rsquo;\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la prime et le montant vers\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I. &#8211; Le montant de la prime exceptionnelle forfaitaire pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 1er est modul\u00e9 en fonction de la \u00e0 proportion de la quotit\u00e9 de travail et de la dur\u00e9e d&#8217;emploi sur la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du 1er juillet 2022 au 30 juin 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
