{"id":2031,"date":"2023-09-20T07:26:51","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T05:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=2031"},"modified":"2023-09-20T07:26:54","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T05:26:54","slug":"attractivite-du-metier-denseignant-audience-du-19-septembre-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=2031","title":{"rendered":"Attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant : audience du 19 septembre 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/argent_istock_Delpixart-1438649414.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 istock_Delpixart-1438649414<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Audience bilat\u00e9rale sur l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compte rendu du SNALC<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>TH\u00c8ME<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9change entre le SNALC et le minist\u00e8re (avec pr\u00e9sence du ministre) suite \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/attractivite-du-metier-denseignant-concertation-du-13-septembre-2023\/\">r\u00e9union du 13 septembre<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ESSENTIEL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNALC a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses priorit\u00e9s et ses propositions sur la question de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9, et donn\u00e9 ses positions sur certains sujets compl\u00e9mentaires propos\u00e9s par le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les grands points abord\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, la carri\u00e8re, les mutations, le recrutement, la formation, les conditions de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LE SNALC A INSIT\u00c9 SUR\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le n\u00e9cessaire <strong>rattrapage salarial<\/strong>, qui n\u2019a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9. Les mesures de l\u2019an dernier sont insuffisantes et le SNALC d\u00e9fend une programmation pluriannuelle, qui pour une fois n\u2019oublie pas les coll\u00e8gues en deuxi\u00e8me et troisi\u00e8me tiers de carri\u00e8re, afin de reconstituer un vrai d\u00e9roul\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re. Le SNALC a apport\u00e9 ses analyses sur les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux rendez-vous de carri\u00e8re (crit\u00e8res, avis p\u00e9renne\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de retrouver des <strong>possibilit\u00e9s de mutations<\/strong> pour les coll\u00e8gues. Le mouvement est de plus en plus bloqu\u00e9, dans le second comme dans le premier degr\u00e9. Les diff\u00e9rentes mesures prises (mouvement en deux phases, suppression des comp\u00e9tences des commissions paritaires, suppressions de postes\u2026) ont d\u00e9grad\u00e9 consid\u00e9rablement la mobilit\u00e9. Non seulement cela peut d\u00e9courager des \u00e9tudiants de passer le concours, mais cela d\u00e9courage aussi des contractuels. Le SNALC a rappel\u00e9 le n\u00e9cessaire <strong>respect des statuts<\/strong>, comme par exemple celui des agr\u00e9g\u00e9s, insuffisamment pris en compte pour muter en lyc\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une <strong>entr\u00e9e progressive dans le m\u00e9tier<\/strong>, avec des p\u00e9riodes d\u2019observations et de pratique accompagn\u00e9e en \u00e9cole\/\u00e9tablissement. Le SNALC s\u2019est toujours oppos\u00e9 au positionnement du concours en fin de M2 et aux stagiaires \u00e0 temps plein devant \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Les d\u00e9missions de stagiaires, plus nombreuses chaque ann\u00e9e, nous donnent raison.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Son <strong>opposition totale<\/strong> \u00e0 la politique que le minist\u00e8re est en train de mettre en place sur la <strong>formation continue<\/strong>, qui serait \u00e0 terme \u00e0 <strong>100&nbsp;% hors du temps devant \u00e9l\u00e8ve<\/strong>. C\u2019est une d\u00e9gradation objective des conditions de travail, une augmentation objective de la charge de travail. Comment ose-t-on faire \u00e7a \u00e0 un m\u00e9tier qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en crise&nbsp;?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La <strong>r\u00e9duction de la taille des classes<\/strong>, qui est une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour retrouver le plaisir d\u2019enseigner.&nbsp;Le SNALC est aussi revenu sur la politique de <strong>l\u2019\u00e9cole inclusive<\/strong>, ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9tat pitoyable du <strong>b\u00e2ti scolaire<\/strong> (et ses cons\u00e9quences, notamment en mati\u00e8re de temp\u00e9ratures).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le SNALC constate que le minist\u00e8re prend le temps d\u2019\u00e9couter, mais nous jugerons aux actes. Sans des mesures salariales fortes, on n\u2019arrivera non seulement pas \u00e0 r\u00e9sorber la crise des recrutements, mais on risque m\u00eame de l\u2019aggraver par une rapide augmentation des d\u00e9parts volontaires. Le ministre est d\u00e9sormais au courant de la situation&nbsp;: nous saurons tr\u00e8s vite si l\u2019\u00c9cole est une r\u00e9elle priorit\u00e9 ou si, une fois encore, ce n\u2019est que de la com\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le SNALC continuera \u00e9galement de porter sa proposition de rattrapage salarial via une loi de programmation pluriannuelle aupr\u00e8s des
