Par exemple, avec le terme \u00ab\u00a0excellent\u00a0\u00bb dans les phrases de conclusion des \u00e9valuateurs et une appr\u00e9ciation finale <em>Tr\u00e8s<\/em><em>Satisfaisant<\/em> ;Ou <em>Tr\u00e8s Satisfaisant<\/em> pour une appr\u00e9ciation finale <em>Satisfaisant<\/em> ;Une grande majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;items sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale ;Si vous estimez que l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale est injuste et que vous avez des arguments \u00e0 apporter.<br><strong>Les enjeux&nbsp;?<\/strong><br><strong>Pour les avancements d\u2019\u00e9chelon aux 7e et 9e<\/strong>: gain d\u2019un an. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important est l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale \u00e9mise par le recteur ;<strong>Pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s au grade hors classe \u00e0 partir du 9e \u00e9chelon<\/strong>&nbsp;: l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale donne des points, ainsi que l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9chelon. Cette appr\u00e9ciation est d\u00e9finitive. C\u2019est globalement 2 ans d\u2019\u00e9cart entre les appr\u00e9ciations <em>Excellent<\/em>, <em>Tr\u00e8s Satisfaisant<\/em> et <em>Satisfaisant<\/em> pour acc\u00e9der au grade hors classe.<br>C\u2019est aussi th\u00e9oriquement la reconnaissance par l\u2019institution de chaque individu en tant que tel.<br>Les r\u00e9ponses orales donn\u00e9es par les \u00e9valuateurs aux professeurs, CPE et Psy-En sont souvent du type <em>\u00ab&nbsp;vous fournissez un travail excellent, mais je suis limit\u00e9 par un contingent ou un quota&nbsp;\u00bb, <\/em>c\u2019est selon. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;S\u2019il n\u2019y avait pas eu ces quotas, je vous aurais donn\u00e9 un avis bien meilleur&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em> Sauf que chaque \u00e9valuateur fait bien un choix en pr\u00e9vision des promotions attribu\u00e9es. <strong>Et surtout, il n&rsquo;existe aucun quota.<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/syndicat-snalc.net\/AWURTSJ67\/recours_iStock_Business_eed95b6c61.JPG\" alt=\"\">Le meilleur indicateur est la fluctuation des avis litt\u00e9raux et de la notation des items en fonction des changements d\u2019\u00e9valuateurs, notamment entre les deuxi\u00e8me et le troisi\u00e8me rendez-vous, les plus proches dans le temps. Pour la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 d\u2019enseignement, l\u2019\u00e9valuation peut varier \u00e9norm\u00e9ment. Par exemple, pour l\u2019item <em>Ma\u00eetriser les savoirs disciplinaires et leur didactique<\/em>, il est incompr\u00e9hensible de voir une d\u00e9gradation importante en l\u2019espace de deux ou trois ann\u00e9es si l\u2019ensemble des autres items reste identique.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Comment faire&nbsp;?<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Il est ABSOLUMENT NECESSAIRE DE FAIRE D\u2019ABORD UN RECOURS GRACIEUX dans les 30 jours suivant la r\u00e9ception de l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale aupr\u00e8s du recteur.<\/strong> Il s\u2019agit de mettre en \u00e9vidence les points de d\u00e9saccord avec des arguments pr\u00e9cis pour corriger l&rsquo;appr\u00e9ciation finale.<br>Chaque situation est particuli\u00e8re, <strong>joignez imp\u00e9rativement le SNALC<\/strong>.<br>En cas de refus, il est alors possible de demander au recteur la saisine de la CAP comp\u00e9tente.<br><strong><u>ATTENTION<\/u>&nbsp;: ces recours sont pr\u00e9vus et organis\u00e9s par les rectorats, ils ne peuvent conduire \u00e0 une sanction. C\u2019est bien un droit qu\u2019il faut utiliser.<\/strong>Former un recours ne signifie pas avoir gain de cause automatiquement. Le recours doit \u00eatre construit et chaque CAP est une instance dans laquelle les discussions sont souvent longues et compliqu\u00e9es.
