Le CFP peut \u00eatre fractionn\u00e9. Il permet au personnel de rester titulaire de son poste et de garder ses droits \u00e0 l\u2019avancement et \u00e0 la retraite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le cong\u00e9 est accord\u00e9, le personnel doit s\u2019engager \u00e0&nbsp;rester au service de l\u2019\u00c9tat (d\u2019une administration, pas seulement l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale\u2026)&nbsp; pendant une p\u00e9riode dont la dur\u00e9e est \u00e9gale au triple de celle pendant laquelle il a \u00e9t\u00e9 en cong\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils sont soumis \u00e0 une obligation d\u2019assiduit\u00e9 et doivent fournir \u00e0 la fin de chaque mois une attestation de pr\u00e9sence effective en formation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BA&nbsp;: Cong\u00e9 de formation professionnelle au titre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire 2024\/2025<br><a href=\"https:\/\/bulacad.ac-aix-marseille.fr\/uploads\/BA\/BA989\/DIPE989-862.pdf?ts=1710832763\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DIPE989-862.pdf<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/DIPE989-862.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Contenu embarqu\u00e9 DIPE989-862.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-433a5556-6e58-4dfa-9618-8ba93eda9e8e\" href=\"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/DIPE989-862.pdf\">DIPE989-862<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/DIPE989-862.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-433a5556-6e58-4dfa-9618-8ba93eda9e8e\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>CONTINGENT GLOBAL =  46 ETP -&gt; 55 CFP Sur 10 mois + 4 CFP reliquats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agr\u00e9g\u00e9s: 8 CFP de 10 mois (174 candidats, dont 49 on 80 points)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certifi\u00e9s, PEPS, AE, CPE, PsyEn: 41 CFP de 10 mois (1104 candidats, dont 355 ont 80 points)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PLP: 6 CFP de 10 mois (75 candidats, dont 4 ont 80 points)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CTEN: 0 CFP (3 candidats) -&gt; Si un d\u00e9sistement a lieu sur un groupe, 1 pourrait \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 aux personnels contractuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Snalc Aix Marseille a d\u00e9fendu tous les dossiers des personnels, mais il y a beaucoup de demandes pour tr\u00e8s peu de possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A noter: 59,6 % des demandes sont pour pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019agr\u00e9gation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, le SNALC  tient \u00e0 remercier l\u2019administration pour son travail de pr\u00e9paration de cette CAPA. Le SNALC se f\u00e9licite de pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cette CAPA  des \u00e9changes paritaires constructifs et indispensables pour la transparence des op\u00e9rations de gestion des personnels mais ne peut que s\u2019indigner de l\u2019absence des syndicats dans la plupart des autres commissions, et qui a pour cons\u00e9quence une opacit\u00e9 dans la gestion des enseignants,&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019agissant maintenant des cong\u00e9s de formation, le SNALC tient \u00e0 formuler plusieurs remarques.Tout d\u2019abord, l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s de formation est d\u00e9risoire car elle ne tient pas compte du co\u00fbt de la vie surtout dans les territoires o\u00f9 celui-ci est \u00e9lev\u00e9. Pour \u00e9viter de paup\u00e9riser les personnels en cong\u00e9 de formation et pour \u00e9viter que certains professeurs ne renoncent \u00e0 ce cong\u00e9 faute de moyens, il faudrait que l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 de cong\u00e9s de formation soit r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9e. De plus, le temps d\u2019attente pour obtenir un cong\u00e9 de formation est absurde dans l\u2019acad\u00e9mie : je rappelle qu\u2019il faut attendre \u00e0 ce jour au minimum 10 ans (et \u00eatre ag\u00e9 de 48 ans) pour avoir une chance d\u2019obtenir un cong\u00e9 de formation, ce qui rend souvent le projet de formation initial d\u2019un enseignant inadaptable ou obsol\u00e8te au moment o\u00f9 il obtient son cong\u00e9 de formation.
