{"id":2997,"date":"2024-04-03T13:59:14","date_gmt":"2024-04-03T11:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=2997"},"modified":"2024-04-03T13:59:16","modified_gmt":"2024-04-03T11:59:16","slug":"lettre-dinformation-du-snalc-2-avril-2024-personnels-aesh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=2997","title":{"rendered":"Lettre d&rsquo;information du SNALC\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0\u00a02 avril 2024-Personnels AESH"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Lettre d&rsquo;information du SNALC&nbsp;&#8211;&nbsp;&nbsp;2 avril 2024<\/strong>Personnels AESH<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/syndicat-snalc.net\/AWURTSJ67\/editedimg_69d3980ac7.png\" alt=\"\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Syndicat national des lyc\u00e9es, coll\u00e8ges, \u00e9coles et du sup\u00e9rieur<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><br><a href=\"http:\/\/oxiforms.com\/form.php?f=6337FB04-6D48-4240-8776-60B4824DFF0C\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nous contacter<\/a><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>LA SANT\u00c9, ON N&rsquo;EN A QU&rsquo;UNE<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Pas un jour ne passe sans que le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> soit contact\u00e9 par des AESH qui ne supportent plus les conditions d\u2019exercice de leurs missions.Non seulement, ils sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 nous solliciter pour des incidents et accidents dont ils sont victimes, mais ces appels au secours r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00e9galement des atteintes \u00e0 leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique ou\/et mentale de plus en plus fr\u00e9quentes et graves.<br>D\u2019un mal-\u00eatre au travail au burn-out, en passant par des coups de poing, des morsures, des paroles d\u00e9plac\u00e9es ou des insultes, toutes ces sollicitations ont un point commun&nbsp;: une mise en danger de leur sant\u00e9.<br>Or, les AESH ne sont ni des kamikazes de l\u2019inclusion scolaire, ni des boxeurs qui ont sign\u00e9 pour en prendre plein la t\u00eate, ni des parias de l\u2019institution dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 se faire m\u00e9priser, voire humilier dans l\u2019exercice quotidien de leurs fonctions.Face \u00e0 cette escalade d\u2019attaques \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9, nombre d\u2019AESH vont travailler la peur au ventre.<br>Le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> condamne fermement cette violence et ces atteintes r\u00e9currentes \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des AESH&nbsp;: <strong>la sant\u00e9, on n\u2019en a qu\u2019une&nbsp;!<\/strong><br>Tant que nos responsables politiques resteront sourds et indiff\u00e9rents \u00e0 ces situations de souffrance au travail, le nombre d\u2019AESH \u00e0 bout de souffle ne cessera de cro\u00eetre. D\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9caris\u00e9s financi\u00e8rement (salaires indigents), institutionnellement (absence d\u2019un statut de fonctionnaire) et professionnellement (conditions de travail ex\u00e9crables), laisser la sant\u00e9 des AESH se d\u00e9grader est d\u2019une part de la non-assistance \u00e0 personnels en danger et d\u2019autre part une faute.En effet, l\u2019employeur doit \u00eatre le garant de la sant\u00e9 des personnels dans l\u2019exercice de leur activit\u00e9.Pour le <strong>SNALC<\/strong>, nous sommes arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019apog\u00e9e d\u2019un management des AESH totalement d\u00e9nu\u00e9 d\u2019humanit\u00e9, et c\u2019est inacceptable&nbsp;!En attendant une prise de conscience, suivie de mesures concr\u00e8tes et efficaces de la part de notre minist\u00e8re pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 des AESH, vous trouverez dans cette lettre des outils pour vous prot\u00e9ger.<br>Au-del\u00e0 de notre accompagnement dans vos missions de plus en plus p\u00e9rilleuses et puisque le cadre de gestion des AESH doit \u00e0 nouveau faire l\u2019objet de discussions au minist\u00e8re dans les prochaines semaines, vous pouvez compter sur le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> pour d\u00e9noncer cet \u00e9tat de fait et exiger des solutions rapides.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Danielle ARNAUD<\/strong>Secr\u00e9taire nationale charg\u00e9e des personnels contractuels<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/syndicat-snalc.net\/AWURTSJ67\/pexels-vika-glitter-4139945_-_Moyenne_6a52586791.jpeg\" alt=\"\"><strong>L\u2019AESH N\u2019EST PAS UN PUNCHING-BALL<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Le SNALC est de plus en plus souvent alert\u00e9 par des AESH d\u00e9munis face \u00e0 la violence \u00e0 laquelle ils sont parfois expos\u00e9s dans le cadre de leurs missions.
