{"id":3035,"date":"2024-04-10T20:05:16","date_gmt":"2024-04-10T18:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=3035"},"modified":"2024-04-10T20:05:18","modified_gmt":"2024-04-10T18:05:18","slug":"choc-des-savoirs-pour-que-les-groupes-aient-la-classe-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=3035","title":{"rendered":"\u201cChoc des savoirs\u201d : Pour que les groupes aient la classe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/category\/publications\/editions\/\"><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/SNALC_2024_Pour_que_les_groupes_aient_la_classe.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39584\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">POUR QUE LES GROUPES AIENT LA CLASSE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise en \u0153uvre du \u00ab&nbsp;choc des savoirs&nbsp;\u00bb<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela n\u2019aura \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 personne : le SNALC est favorable \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de groupes afin de lutter contre la difficult\u00e9 scolaire et faire progresser tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 leur rythme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la logique du SNALC, il ne s\u2019agit cependant en aucun cas de \u00ab&nbsp;tri social&nbsp;\u00bb ou de stigmatisation de quiconque. Nous appuyons nos r\u00e9flexions sur le rapport PISA<sup>1<\/sup> et sur des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 propos de diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes scolaires<sup>2<\/sup>. Ces analyses montrent que, si les classes de niveaux ne fonctionnent pas, l\u2019enseignement de disciplines comme le fran\u00e7ais et les math\u00e9matiques par groupes de niveaux est en revanche un facteur de progr\u00e8s pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avions donc \u00e9labor\u00e9 un projet pr\u00e9voyant deux types de groupes \u00e0 partir de la 5<sup>e<\/sup> \u2013 et non trois \u00e0 partir de la 6<sup>e<\/sup> comme celui du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9ducation nationale et de la jeunesse \u2013 \u00e9volutifs \u00e0 chaque fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e, voire exceptionnellement durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire. Ainsi, le coll\u00e8ge modulaire du SNALC<sup>3<\/sup> \u00e9tait con\u00e7u pour donner aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves plus en difficult\u00e9 un cadre favorable -effectifs r\u00e9duits- et du temps pour progresser. Dans notre projet, il \u00e9tait imp\u00e9ratif de fixer par un texte r\u00e9glementaire, ces effectifs \u00e0 un maximum de quinze. Le minist\u00e8re s\u2019est gard\u00e9 d\u2019une telle pr\u00e9cision, r\u00e9duisant ainsi \u00e0 n\u00e9ant le principal int\u00e9r\u00eat de la mesure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res discussions sur l\u2019organisation choisie par le Minist\u00e8re pour mettre en place les groupes au coll\u00e8ge, le SNALC a constat\u00e9 combien elle diff\u00e9rait de son projet et a mis en garde contre les dangers \u00e9vidents qui d\u00e9coulent quasi-exclusivement de la volont\u00e9 d\u2019aligner toutes les heures de toutes les classes de chaque niveau en fran\u00e7ais et en math\u00e9matiques pour permettre une \u00e9volution des groupes \u00e0 tout moment de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Les cons\u00e9quences de ce parti pris sont d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8res&nbsp; :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le r\u00f4le de professeur principal devient intenable pour les coll\u00e8gues de ces disciplines ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les progressions devront \u00eatre align\u00e9es au d\u00e9triment de la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique des professeurs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si le nombre de groupes est sup\u00e9rieur au nombre de coll\u00e8gues d\u2019une discipline, les petits BMP risquent de se multiplier avec des coll\u00e8gues sur trois \u00e9tablissements ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les services des professeurs de fran\u00e7ais et de math\u00e9matiques vont presque obligatoirement d\u00e9sormais comporter une classe de chaque niveau \u2013 contrainte inacceptable ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les emplois du temps des professeurs de fran\u00e7ais et de math\u00e9matiques tr\u00e8s rigides ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les heures de fran\u00e7ais et de math\u00e9matiques devront \u00eatre positionn\u00e9es en priorit\u00e9 et cors\u00e8teront les emplois du temps pour les autres disciplines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le SNALC, l\u2019heure n\u2019est donc plus, h\u00e9las, \u00e0 interroger la pertinence des \u201cgroupes de niveaux\u201d ou \u201cgroupes de besoins\u201d et dans quelle mesure ils sont susceptibles de faire progresser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u00e9sormais d\u2019\u00e9tudier comment emp\u00eacher que cette r\u00e9forme mal pens\u00e9e d\u00e9t\u00e9riore encore les conditions de travail des coll\u00e8gues de coll\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, comme en 2015-2016, au moment de la r\u00e9forme du coll\u00e8ge, nous vous proposons un vademecum non institutionnel pour
