{"id":3233,"date":"2024-06-04T22:14:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T20:14:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=3233"},"modified":"2024-06-04T22:14:53","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T20:14:53","slug":"licence-professorat-des-ecoles-lppe-compte-rendu-du-4-juin-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=3233","title":{"rendered":"Licence professorat des \u00e9coles (LPPE)\u00a0: compte rendu du 4 juin 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/concours_freepik.com_pressfoto.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41414\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 freepik.com_pressfoto<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe de travail<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mardi 4 juin 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compte rendu du SNALC<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>TH\u00c8ME<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9tude du cadrage de la licence \u00ab&nbsp;professorat des \u00e9coles&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ESSENTIEL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les sujets z\u00e9ro du CRPE parus sur les r\u00e9seaux n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9s avant d\u2019avoir fuit\u00e9 (r\u00e9ponse aux interventions des syndicats).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019administration s\u2019appuie (NDLR\u00a0: un peu rapidement peut-\u00eatre\u00a0?) sur un rapport de l\u2019inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale qui a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la formation des PE dans 5 pays (qui ont des caract\u00e9ristiques assez diff\u00e9rentes de la France sur de nombreux param\u00e8tres).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le calibrage des licences LPPE sera \u00e0 travailler en fonction des places au concours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur la dispense des \u00e9preuves \u00e9crites, il y aura un dispositif d\u2019agr\u00e9ment avec un cahier des charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur les masters possibles pour les \u00e9tudiants LPPE \u00e9chouant au concours, la DGESIP \u00e9voque des possibilit\u00e9s en \u00ab\u00a0sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation\u00a0\u00bb ou en \u00ab\u00a0vulgarisation scientifique\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LE SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le calendrier intenable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019effet \u00ab\u00a0cul-de-sac\u00a0\u00bb de cette licence\u00a0: les perspectives pour les \u00e9tudiants ne souhaitant finalement pas passer le concours sont inexistantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aucun bilan des PPPE, dont le processus n\u2019est m\u00eame pas arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 terme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Son opposition totale \u00e0 la dispense des \u00e9preuves d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tudiants de cette licence (sous certaines modalit\u00e9s). On confond \u00e9tudes et concours, ce qui est impensable. Le sch\u00e9ma permettrait m\u00eame d\u2019avoir des modalit\u00e9s de dispense diff\u00e9rentes entre plusieurs universit\u00e9s d\u2019une m\u00eame acad\u00e9mie (sur un concours dont les \u00e9preuves sont nationales).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le fait que les sujets-z\u00e9ro du CRPE n\u2019ont m\u00eame pas \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis aux OS, qui les ont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s via certains m\u00e9dias ou r\u00e9seaux sociaux, alors que l\u2019administration y fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut arr\u00eater cette machine infernale tant qu\u2019il est encore temps. Les minist\u00e8res ne sont clairement pas au point, et n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux cons\u00e9quences de leurs propositions. Il a m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 dit en fin de r\u00e9union qu\u2019il serait int\u00e9ressant que les organisations favorables \u00e0 un changement de la place du concours puissent donner leurs propositions concr\u00e8tes de mise en \u0153uvre, ce jour 4 juin, alors que le texte est soumis au vote en CSA minist\u00e9riel le 11&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>SNALC<\/strong> continue de demander le retrait du point sur la formation initiale programm\u00e9 pour le CSA minist\u00e9riel du 11 juin, et un processus de dialogue social qui s\u2019inscrive dans la dur\u00e9e et non
