Parmi les cons\u00e9quences : les missions au service des \u00e9l\u00e8ves des familles ou des autres personnels, notamment enseignants, sont d\u00e9grad\u00e9es parfois lourdement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les organisations syndicales alertent en vain depuis de longs mois. Par courrier du 11 avril 2024, elles ont demand\u00e9 audience \u00e0 la ministre, sans r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce jour. Elles sont intervenues devant les instances nationales le 7 mai : aucun effet positif ! Le minist\u00e8re ne prend pas la mesure de la situation. Il persiste \u00e0 exiger l\u2019utilisation du logiciel sans prendre en compte les demandes de <strong>SIMPLIFICATION<\/strong> et maintient m\u00eame la fin du d\u00e9ploiement pour tous en 2025. C\u2019est <strong>INSOUTENABLE<\/strong> !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce progiciel, exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 d\u00e8s 2021 par des volontaires, a vu sa g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation sous contrainte minist\u00e9rielle d\u00e9buter en janvier 2024. Pourtant, aujourd\u2019hui encore, Op@le ce sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Des dysfonctionnements r\u00e9currents<\/strong> et non r\u00e9solus pendant des mois. Un module important (les \u00ab r\u00e9gies \u00bb) ne fonctionne pas. Le minist\u00e8re recommande m\u00eame de ne pas l\u2019utiliser ! Les utilisateurs sont 81% \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer les lenteurs techniques en 2024 !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une ergonomie d\u00e9sastreuse<\/strong> (selon 67% des personnels) rend complexe l\u2019usage de l\u2019outil ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un temps d\u2019adaptation <\/strong>et de param\u00e9trage important et difficilement g\u00e9rable face au reste de la charge en \u00e9tablissement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Des services d\u00e9grad\u00e9s ou retard\u00e9s<\/strong> : bourses, t\u00e9l\u00e9paiement ou pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements pour la restauration avec des factures incompr\u00e9hensibles pour les familles, voyages scolaires, paiement des fournisseurs\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une d\u00e9gradation significative des conditions de travail<\/strong> entra\u00eenant des arr\u00eats de travail et m\u00eame des d\u00e9parts de l\u2019Education nationale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Encore une fois, ce sont les personnels qui paient le prix du d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un outil dont le param\u00e9trage natif est inabouti et dont les fonctionnalit\u00e9s ne sont pas totalement \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. Les personnels n\u2019en peuvent plus ! Il est temps de r\u00e9agir : en 2025, il sera trop tard !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec les organisations syndicales A&amp;I UNSA, SNASUB FSU, CFDT Education Formation Recherche Publiques, CGT Educ\u2019 Action, <strong>SNALC,<\/strong> Sud Education, je demande :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>L\u2019adaptation d\u2019Op@le aux besoins<\/strong> des utilisateurs par des mesures de SIMPLIFICATION ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un MORATOIRE sur son d\u00e9ploiement<\/strong> : arr\u00eat de l\u2019obligation de passer \u00e0 Op@le. Etalement du calendrier autant que n\u00e9cessaire dans l\u2019attente des simplifications indispensables ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La mise en place de moyens accrus et p\u00e9rennes pour l\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> des personnels (formateurs et tuteurs en nombre suffisant, partout sur le territoire y compris dans les acad\u00e9mies ultramarines) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Une documentation<\/strong> <strong>unifi\u00e9e<\/strong> et mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le renforcement effectif des moyens d\u2019assistance<\/strong> notamment pour les services informatiques ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019ouverture des comptes \u00e9pargne temps<\/strong> (CET) pour les cong\u00e9s non pris et le paiement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires effectu\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En signant cette p\u00e9tition, je demande que la ministre re\u00e7oive l\u2019intersyndicale, qu\u2019elle ouvre la voie \u00e0 la SIMPLIFICATION du progiciel OP@LE et d\u00e9cide d\u2019un MORATOIRE sur le calendrier de d\u00e9ploiement !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.change.org\/p\/p%C3%A9tition-op-le-nouveau-logiciel-financier-des-coll%C3%A8ges-et-lyc%C3%A9es?\">Je signe la p\u00e9tition<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(redirection sur le site change.org o\u00f9 est h\u00e9berg\u00e9e la p\u00e9tition)<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OUI \u00e0 la simplification imm\u00e9diate NON au d\u00e9ploiement forc\u00e9 Les personnels administratifs utilisateurs d\u2019Op@le dans les services de gestion souffrent d\u2019un logiciel inabouti et y consacrent un temps consid\u00e9rable.
