Dans nos m\u00e9tiers, la dimension altruiste et protectrice envers les \u00e9l\u00e8ves est importante. Le harc\u00e8lement entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves, qui a des cons\u00e9quences parfois dramatiques, est un fl\u00e9au que tous les membres de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative doivent apprendre \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre et combattre&nbsp;: sachez que le programme pHare, bien qu\u2019imparfait, devrait \u00e9voluer d\u00e8s l\u2019an prochain. Il est clair cependant qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, les victimes de harc\u00e8lement, violence, discrimination etc. ne sont pas que des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, loin de l\u00e0, et un dispositif de signalement existe d\u00e9sormais pour les atteintes aux personnels, m\u00eame si sa mise en place n&rsquo;est pas encore satisfaisante.<br>Ainsi, pour pouvoir accomplir ses missions, il est important de faire en sorte que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves soient prot\u00e9g\u00e9s, mais aussi de se prot\u00e9ger et de penser \u00e0 soi.
