Un focus est fait sur le d\u00e9crochage scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LE SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 a minima de sanctuariser le budget de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale<\/strong>, en prenant en compte l\u2019inflation. Cela ne permettra pas de miracles, mais \u00e9vitera d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer encore la crise que vit notre minist\u00e8re, et permettrait \u00e0 terme d\u2019am\u00e9liorer un peu notre taux d\u2019encadrement au vu de la baisse d\u00e9mographique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une loi de programmation pluriannuelle pour permettre le rattrapage salarial<\/strong> des personnels de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale. Le <em>\u00ab\u00a0travailler plus pour gagner plus\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> du pacte, par exemple, n\u2019est pas une r\u00e9ponse. La \u00ab revalorisation \u00bb ponctuelle, qui fut pour la majorit\u00e9 des coll\u00e8gues inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019inflation, n\u2019est pas non plus une r\u00e9ponse, car la perte de pouvoir d\u2019achat a continu\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les conditions de travail tr\u00e8s mauvaises<\/strong> dans le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif fran\u00e7ais : taille des classes, gestion au rabais de l\u2019inclusion scolaire, enqu\u00eate bien-\u00eatre du minist\u00e8re, r\u00e9formite, disparition progressive de la formation continue dans le second degr\u00e9\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un statut pour les AESH et les AED<\/strong>, qui sont des m\u00e9tiers p\u00e9rennes sous-pay\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019absence prochaine de m\u00e9decine du travail<\/strong>, au vu de l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 \u00e0 remplacer nos (peu nombreux) m\u00e9decins. Cela s\u2019accompagne de grosses difficult\u00e9s pour les coll\u00e8gues en situation de handicap, dont les RQTH sont souvent suivies de peu d\u2019effets concrets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sur la lutte contre le d\u00e9crochage scolaire<\/strong>, le SNALC insiste sur le probl\u00e8me de la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9forme de la voie pro et de l\u2019avancement des \u00e9preuves du bac, qui va renforcer les absences. Il insiste aussi sur la reconstitution des RASED \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire, car le d\u00e9crochage scolaire peur se construire t\u00f4t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sur les groupes en coll\u00e8ge et les pr\u00e9pa seconde<\/strong>, la mise en \u0153uvre est probl\u00e9matique, comme le SNALC l\u2019avait signal\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part : moyens horaires et humains insuffisants, difficult\u00e9s logistiques pour implanter les classes de pr\u00e9pa seconde alors que les r\u00e9sultats du DNB sont en juillet. En l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel, on ne peut poursuivre ainsi, particuli\u00e8rement sur les groupes, qui posent trop de soucis de fonctionnement et dont on ne voit m\u00eame plus l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est toujours int\u00e9ressant, notamment dans le contexte politique actuel, de pouvoir \u00e9changer directement avec la repr\u00e9sentation nationale pour sensibiliser le maximum de d\u00e9put\u00e9s \u00e0 la crise que conna\u00eet notre \u00c9cole.
