Ils doivent se lancer dans les pratiques collaboratives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ces pratiques collaboratives et la mise en mode projet des collectifs enseignants, sous le <em>leadership<\/em> du chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, permettent de faire progresser les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Il faut cependant laisser plus d\u2019autonomie aux \u00e9tablissements, comme dans le mod\u00e8le \u00e9cossais, ou le mod\u00e8le n\u00e9oz\u00e9landais. Ce dernier permet aux collectifs de se r\u00e9unir et d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter des p\u00e9dagogies avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour ne retenir que celles qui fonctionnent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LE SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exercice n\u2019\u00e9tant pas tr\u00e8s interactif (un chat s\u2019adressant seulement aux intervenants), le SNALC est le seul participant \u00e0 poser une question, assez simple, d\u2019ailleurs :&nbsp;<strong>Former les enseignants : sur quelles comp\u00e9tences ou connaissances ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les intervenants ont r\u00e9pondu\u2026 que les chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement devaient apprendre \u00e0 manager pour permettre les initiatives, encourager et soutenir les professeurs, qui se r\u00e9unissent, exp\u00e9rimentent en classe et conservent les bonnes pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse \u00e9tait donc totalement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la question. Au moins, le SNALC a-t-il obtenu un propos qui pouvait lui convenir, dans un oc\u00e9an d\u2019horreurs manag\u00e9riales et <em>jargonnantes<\/em> : le <em>leadership<\/em> du chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement consisterait \u00e0 faire confiance aux professeurs et \u00e0 les laisser travailler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est fascinant d\u2019entendre des personnes dire <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Toute la recherche montre que&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>. Selon la r\u00e9union et la personne qui s\u2019exprime, <em>toute la recherche<\/em> ne dit pas la m\u00eame chose. Il est \u00e9galement impressionnant de voir que selon ce que l\u2019on souhaite promouvoir, on peut s\u00e9lectionner des pays pour en faire des exemples ; mais jamais les m\u00eames. Et jamais on ne semble prendre en compte la globalit\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, la volont\u00e9 est de promouvoir l\u2019autonomie des \u00e9tablissements, le <em>leadership<\/em> des chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et le travail collectif des enseignants\u2026 en mode projet, bien s\u00fbr. D\u2019apr\u00e8s nos intervenants, en Ecosse, cela a tr\u00e8s bien march\u00e9. D\u2019apr\u00e8s le SNALC, cela a donn\u00e9 des catastrophes en Su\u00e8de, o\u00f9 cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9 et cela n\u2019a pas mieux fonctionn\u00e9 en Angleterre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre institution doit enfin comprendre deux choses&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Une salle de classe n\u2019est pas un laboratoire o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves seraient des cobayes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le type de <em>leadership<\/em> envisag\u00e9, avec un chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement laissant ses \u00e9quipes travailler et se posant en soutien de ces derni\u00e8res, risque d\u2019\u00eatre difficile \u00e0 obtenir \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la formation propos\u00e9e aux personnels encadrants.
