Le SNALC d\u00e9nonce les incoh\u00e9rences fr\u00e9quentes entre les \u00e9valuations et les avis finaux, ainsi que le manque de transparence dans le processus. Nous constatons trop souvent des appr\u00e9ciations litt\u00e9rales positives et des positionnements majoritairement \u00ab\u00a0excellents\u00a0\u00bb dans les items, mais un avis final en de\u00e7\u00e0, ce qui est incompr\u00e9hensible pour les enseignants concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;importance de ces avis dans la carri\u00e8re d&rsquo;un enseignant ne peut \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9e. Ils influent directement sur l&rsquo;avancement d&rsquo;\u00e9chelon et peuvent acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le parcours professionnel d&rsquo;une partie des personnels. C&rsquo;est pourquoi le SNALC insiste sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une \u00e9valuation juste, coh\u00e9rente et transparente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous d\u00e9plorons \u00e9galement la complexit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure de contestation, qui peut d\u00e9courager les coll\u00e8gues de demander une r\u00e9vision l\u00e9gitime de leur appr\u00e9ciation. Le SNALC encourage vivement les enseignants \u00e0 entreprendre cette d\u00e9marche lorsque l&rsquo;avis re\u00e7u ne semble pas refl\u00e9ter justement leur engagement professionnel. Nous tenons \u00e0 souligner que de nombreux coll\u00e8gues ont obtenu satisfaction suite \u00e0 leur contestation, d\u00e9montrant ainsi l&rsquo;importance et l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de ce processus malgr\u00e9 sa complexit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, le SNALC tient \u00e0 souligner la crise d&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent que traverse actuellement l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation nationale. Nous estimons que la revalorisation des carri\u00e8res et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail sont des priorit\u00e9s absolues pour restaurer l&rsquo;attrait du m\u00e9tier d&rsquo;enseignant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, le SNALC demande une r\u00e9vision en profondeur du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation issu de la loi sur le dialogue social de 2017. Nous appelons \u00e0 une plus grande coh\u00e9rence entre les \u00e9valuations et les avis finaux, \u00e0 une simplification de la proc\u00e9dure de contestation, et \u00e0 une v\u00e9ritable prise en
