Une attestation de validation de comp\u00e9tences suffirait. L\u2019information a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e notamment par T\u00e9l\u00e9rama et Mediapart<\/strong>\u00b9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce dispositif, qui serait exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 \u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e 2026, consiste \u00e0 \u00ab reconna\u00eetre \u00bb des comp\u00e9tences en Lettres \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues titulaires d\u2019un autre CAPES ou \u00e0 des contractuels, afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie croissante de professeurs. Il s\u2019inscrit dans une logique d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans plusieurs acad\u00e9mies depuis les \u00ab job dating \u00bb, qui avaient suscit\u00e9 un large \u00e9moi. Mais il franchit un cap suppl\u00e9mentaire : faire enseigner une discipline sans qu\u2019elle soit r\u00e9ellement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le SNALC, ce type de d\u00e9cision est \u00e0 la fois irresponsable, m\u00e9prisant pour les enseignants, et dangereux pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Enseigner les Lettres ne s\u2019improvise pas. Cela suppose des connaissances approfondies en langue, en litt\u00e9rature, en stylistique, en histoire litt\u00e9raire. Ce n\u2019est pas une comp\u00e9tence g\u00e9n\u00e9rique que l\u2019on valide sur la base d\u2019un entretien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce type de mesure participe d\u2019une vision purement gestionnaire du m\u00e9tier : on \u00ab g\u00e8re des flux \u00bb, on \u00ab mutualise des ressources \u00bb, on affecte les professeurs comme des variables d\u2019ajustement. C\u2019est la version RH du \u00ab prof interchangeable \u00bb, dont le minist\u00e8re tente d\u2019imposer l\u2019image. Mais c\u2019est aussi le reflet d\u2019une perte de consid\u00e9ration structurelle pour l\u2019expertise disciplinaire des enseignants. Pour le SNALC, c\u2019est une ligne rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le professeur n\u2019est pas un simple ex\u00e9cutant. Il est un sp\u00e9cialiste d\u2019un champ disciplinaire. Il est recrut\u00e9 par concours national sur un programme exigeant. Il est form\u00e9 pour transmettre un savoir rigoureux, pas pour remplir des heures dans un emploi du temps. Remettre en cause cela, c\u2019est continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9valoriser le m\u00e9tier, et \u00e0 accro\u00eetre la d\u00e9saffection pour les concours enseignants \u2014 une d\u00e9saffection que le minist\u00e8re feint de d\u00e9couvrir chaque ann\u00e9e\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelons que des professeurs de Lettres titulaires de l\u2019agr\u00e9gation ou du CAPES, avec un bar\u00e8me important, peinent encore \u00e0 obtenir des postes en lyc\u00e9e. Et dans le m\u00eame temps, on ouvrirait l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cette discipline \u00e0 des personnels non form\u00e9s ? Ce n\u2019est pas un rem\u00e8de \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie, c\u2019est un aveu d\u2019\u00e9chec. Et une attaque frontale contre le c\u0153ur du m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNALC n\u2019accepte pas ce glissement vers une \u00e9cole low cost, o\u00f9 la polyvalence forc\u00e9e remplace l\u2019exigence disciplinaire, et o\u00f9 l\u2019on sacrifie l\u2019ambition intellectuelle des enseignements sur l\u2019autel d\u2019un pilotage RH abscons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous demandons un moratoire imm\u00e9diat sur ce type d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation et r\u00e9affirmons que seule une politique de recrutement ambitieuse, fond\u00e9e sur des concours attractifs, une vraie formation et une revalorisation salariale, permettra de sortir de la crise actuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le SNALC continuera \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre un mod\u00e8le d\u2019\u00c9cole o\u00f9 le professeur est un expert respect\u00e9, et o\u00f9 l\u2019enseignement repose sur la ma\u00eetrise rigoureuse des savoirs\u00b3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>(1)
