Elles feront le point sur les situations r\u00e9gionales pour porter des revendications communes et urgentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sujets \u00e0 d\u00e9battre sont nombreux et urgents tant la situation est chroniquement difficile : la question salariale, les conditions de travail, la gouvernance, la n\u00e9cessaire appartenance des Greta au service public et sa pr\u00e9sence au sein du minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les constats sont durs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des salaires non revaloris\u00e9s, peu attractifs entra\u00eenant un fort turn-over et une perte d\u2019expertise, des grilles salariales obsol\u00e8tes, non harmonis\u00e9es entre acad\u00e9mies avec des disparit\u00e9s importantes selon les territoires, l\u2019absence d\u2019interlocuteurs \u00e0 la DGRH minist\u00e9rielle : les GRETA doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019agenda social comme auparavant et permettre des avanc\u00e9es par un dialogue effectif et r\u00e9gulier avec la DGRH ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des conditions de travail qui se d\u00e9gradent et un manque de dialogue social \u00e0 tous les \u00e9chelons, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Greta, au niveau acad\u00e9mique ou de r\u00e9gion acad\u00e9mique. Les personnels se sentent isol\u00e9s dans des structures de plus en plus grandes ; ils sont souvent maltrait\u00e9s et pr\u00e9caris\u00e9s par une absence de visibilit\u00e9 sur leur avenir, avec des CDD soumis \u00e0 la volatilit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 de la formation et aux d\u00e9cisions brutales des directions ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une gouvernance globalement d\u00e9faillante que ce soit par l\u2019absence de lisibilit\u00e9 de la strat\u00e9gie nationale, des d\u00e9cisions changeantes et autoritaires des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations acad\u00e9miques ou de r\u00e9gions acad\u00e9miques, des CESUP et pr\u00e9sidents manquant de disponibilit\u00e9, trop occup\u00e9s par la gestion de leur lyc\u00e9e, souvent peu accultur\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation continue et au pilotage de telles structures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous voulons s\u00e9curiser les moyens durables d\u2019exercer notre mission de service public inscrite dans le Code de l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour la pr\u00e9server des coups de boutoirs externes, cons\u00e9quences de choix politiques conjoncturels. Ainsi, la loi de 2018 a engendr\u00e9 une forte lib\u00e9ralisation de l\u2019apprentissage et la r\u00e9orientation des fonds destin\u00e9s aux salari\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la formation des demandeurs d\u2019emploi qui est vis\u00e9e par la baisse des fonds publics, et les GRETA s\u2019en trouvent fragilis\u00e9s. Les GRETA doivent avoir les moyens de porter leurs valeurs du service public de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale. Ils doivent pouvoir compter sur une organisation et les conditions pour mener pleinement leur mission historique et attendue de formation continue des salari\u00e9s et des demandeurs d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous voulons nous \u00e9lever contre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du d\u00e9cret du 18 avril 2025 qui introduit la possibilit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation ou l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans un GIP existant. Transformer syst\u00e9matiquement les GRETA en GIP entra\u00eenerait une externalisation pour tous les personnels : nous n\u2019en voulons pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les GRETA doivent rester au sein de de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><a
