{"id":4863,"date":"2026-01-27T21:22:01","date_gmt":"2026-01-27T20:22:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=4863"},"modified":"2026-01-27T21:22:05","modified_gmt":"2026-01-27T20:22:05","slug":"referentiels-formation-des-enseignants-et-cpe-compte-rendu-du-snalc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=4863","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels formation des enseignants et CPE : compte rendu du SNALC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/formation_freepik.com_standret_16296.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-61623\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 freepik.com_standret_16296<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe de travail avec les organisations repr\u00e9sentatives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compte rendu du SNALC du 23 janvier 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE TH\u00c8ME<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019administration pr\u00e9sente les toutes derni\u00e8res versions des blocs 1 (discipline et didactique) de la formation des laur\u00e9ats du CAPES de math\u00e9matiques et de SES, ainsi que du CAPET d\u2019\u00c9conomie-Gestion. Les blocs 2, 3 et 4, ainsi que le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel complet de formation des CPE, sont \u00e9galement abord\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019ESSENTIEL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019administration fait plusieurs annonces :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel de formation des professeurs des \u00e9coles sera rapidement adress\u00e9 aux syndicats, suivis par les 31 autres r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels. Les organisations disposeront d\u2019une semaine pour transmettre d\u2019\u00e9ventuels derniers retours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le groupe de travail (GT) du 6 f\u00e9vrier portera sur la cartographie des ouvertures de formation. La marge de man\u0153uvre sera minime ; les ouvertures de parcours non laur\u00e9ats seront \u00e9galement abord\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le GT du 18 f\u00e9vrier sera consacr\u00e9 aux formateurs et tuteurs, avec la question de la certification des formateurs. Les questions RH seront trait\u00e9es \u00e0 cette occasion. Un duo EAFC-INSPE viendra pr\u00e9senter le fonctionnement coll\u00e9gial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les maquettes devront \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es aux \u00e9tudiants au d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. La DGESIP avait initialement exig\u00e9 une remont\u00e9e des maquettes pour fin mars, mais certaines universit\u00e9s ont demand\u00e9 un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Minist\u00e8re se tient pr\u00eat \u00e0 organiser les deux concours d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e, d\u00e8s l\u2019obtention d\u2019un budget ad\u00e9quat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019administration pr\u00e9sente ensuite la m\u00e9thode de travail adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 partir des demandes de modifications re\u00e7ues et sollicite des retours sur les derni\u00e8res versions des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si des avanc\u00e9es existent, les r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels ne nous conviennent toujours pas pleinement. La formation des CPE montre que l\u2019administration les consid\u00e8re plus comme des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de direction que comme des \u00e9ducateurs et des conseillers. Le recrutement et les entretiens professionnels restent des pr\u00e9rogatives des chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Ce n\u2019est pas parce que certains chefs d\u00e9l\u00e8guent que la formation doit syst\u00e9matiquement en faire l\u2019\u00e9cho.<br>Lire que les CPE doivent participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des pratiques \u00e9valuatives montre que l\u2019administration m\u00e9conna\u00eet leur m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les blocs 1, disciplinaires, posent probl\u00e8me\u202f: ils limitent les savoirs disciplinaires \u00e0 ceux pr\u00e9sents dans les programmes du lyc\u00e9e. Il y a clairement un manque d\u2019ambition, ce qui risque d\u2019emp\u00eacher les professeurs de poursuivre vers l\u2019agr\u00e9gation ou la recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lire dans les autres blocs que ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels sont \u00ab compl\u00e9mentaires \u00bb du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel m\u00e9tier est \u00e9galement source d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, le SNALC a demand\u00e9 que, dans le bloc concernant les droits et devoirs, le statut particulier des enseignants soit mentionn\u00e9, afin que l\u2019on ne se limite pas \u00e0 la seule qualit\u00e9 de fonctionnaire. Le SNALC a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 pour que la notion de libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique soit int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux derni\u00e8res demandes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues par l\u2019administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels t\u00e9moignent d\u2019un manque d\u2019ambition de la part du Minist\u00e8re pour ses futurs enseignants.
