Bruno Martin, Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et Mme Anne Acloque, directrice des ressources humaines. L\u2019agenda de M. le Recteur ne lui avait pas permis de se rendre disponible. Une heure nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e. C\u2019\u00e9tait peu compte tenu du nombre de points \u00e0 aborder. Cependant, nous avons vite compris que nos inqui\u00e9tudes ou requ\u00eates \u00e9taient largement exag\u00e9r\u00e9es&nbsp;et que l\u2019acad\u00e9mie d\u2019Aix Marseille \u00e9tait l\u2019acad\u00e9mie du bonheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Suppressions de postes dans le 1<\/strong><sup><strong>er<\/strong><\/sup><strong> degr\u00e9&nbsp;: on est choy\u00e9s&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019acad\u00e9mie a perdu 4&nbsp;000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves en 2025 et 4&nbsp;600 en 2026. Or, 36 postes seulement ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s au lieu des 278 \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir si le nombre de postes supprim\u00e9s avait \u00e9t\u00e9 proportionnel \u00e0 la baisse des effectifs \u00e9l\u00e8ves selon la r\u00e8gle nationale. Pour le SNALC, au regard de la d\u00e9gradation de nos conditions de travail et des coll\u00e8gues qui tombent en burn out comme la pluie en ce d\u00e9but d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est \u00e9videmment 36 postes de trop&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Formation continue&nbsp;: priorit\u00e9 d\u2019une acad\u00e9mie en pointe sur le travail collectif et le f\u00e9minisme&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus de 80&nbsp;% des enseignants de l\u2019acad\u00e9mie sont form\u00e9s (contre 50&nbsp;% des personnels administratifs). Les nombreuses formations annul\u00e9es faute de budget seront report\u00e9es. Il faut souligner que le fait que les formations aient de plus en plus souvent lieu hors temps de \u00ab&nbsp;face-\u00e0-face&nbsp;\u00bb p\u00e9dagogique n\u2019entra\u00eene pas une diminution de nombre d\u2019enseignants form\u00e9s (en moyenne 2 jours et demi \u00e0 3 par semaine). Il y a d\u2019ailleurs de plus en plus de formations \u00e9tablissements ou r\u00e9seaux qui partent des demandes du terrain et favorisent le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Formidable&nbsp;! Quant \u00e0 dire que les femmes sont p\u00e9nalis\u00e9es par la multiplication des formations hors temps de service, c\u2019est oublier qu\u2019elles ont un mari et favoriser la diffusion de st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes genr\u00e9s. Soyons modernes&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>D\u00e9gradation des conditions de travail&nbsp;: pas de \u00e7a chez nous&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus en plus de coll\u00e8gues du 2d degr\u00e9 se mettent \u00e0 temps partiel pour ne pas avoir de service trop lourd (parfois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 23h de cours par semaine&nbsp;) et gr\u00e8vent ainsi leur future retraite. Peut-\u00eatre, mais en tout cas le temps partiel leur est accord\u00e9 (pas comme dans le 1<sup>er<\/sup> degr\u00e9), n\u2019est-ce pas un motif de satisfaction&nbsp;? D\u2019ailleurs de nombreux professeurs sont preneurs d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires. Les coll\u00e8gues avec des pathologies lourdes doivent penser \u00e0 contacter la m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9vention le plus en amont possible car cette derni\u00e8re ne sert pas qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9livrer des arr\u00eats. Pour les am\u00e9nagements de postes non respect\u00e9s, il faut faire remonter les cas. Quant au nombre de protections fonctionnelles demand\u00e9es dans l\u2019acad\u00e9mie, aucun chiffre n\u2019est disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contractuels, AESH, AED&nbsp;: circulez, y a rien \u00e0 voir&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 ce qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 remont\u00e9, tous les contractuels ayant d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 6 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 requis sont CDIs\u00e9s . Pour les probl\u00e8mes de paie, cela peut arriver, mais les personnels administratifs font de leur mieux et mettent en \u0153uvre les normes comptables. Quant \u00e0 la r\u00e9troactivit\u00e9 des primes REP, REP+ pour les AESH et AED, ils ont tous re\u00e7u un courriel pour les informer et le Rectorat travaille avec la DRFIP pour indemniser tous les agents qui ont fait un recours. Une grille de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour les AED&nbsp;? On a d\u00fb r\u00eaver, il n\u2019en a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 question. En revanche, un groupe de travail sur la r\u00e9partition des emplois est pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bref, selon notre administration autosatisfaite, il serait grand temps de prendre la vie du bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 et d\u2019arr\u00eater de penser que l\u2019herbe est plus verte ailleurs&nbsp;!
