Ces personnels exercent leur m\u00e9tier dans des conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es et sans v\u00e9ritable perspective de carri\u00e8re. Pourtant ce m\u00e9tier a \u00e9volu\u00e9&nbsp;: les accompagnements se sont complexifi\u00e9s, les responsabilit\u00e9s se sont accrues et la p\u00e9nibilit\u00e9 n\u2019est plus \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 7 janvier, le S\u00e9nat a rejet\u00e9 une proposition de loi visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions d\u2019emploi. Par ce rejet, le S\u00e9nat assume ouvertement de maintenir 134 800 agents dans la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9, dont plus de 126 700 femmes, la profession \u00e9tant f\u00e9minis\u00e9e \u00e0 hauteur de 94%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du 8 mars, l\u2019intersyndicale FSU UNSA CFDT CGT SNALC SUD Educ\u2019action a publi\u00e9 une tribune \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>\u00c9galit\u00e9 femmes\/hommes et handicap&nbsp;: 2 grandes causes nationales&nbsp;: Pourquoi alors les AESH sont-elles maintenues dans la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne fait plus aucun doute que maintenir les AESH dans la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 dans un minist\u00e8re comme celui de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale est incompr\u00e9hensible. Parce que les AESH exercent sur des missions p\u00e9rennes, ils et elles doivent enfin \u00eatre reconnus \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019Institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela doit passer par&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la tenue de groupes de travail, dans le cadre de l\u2019agenda social, notamment sur le cadre de mission et sur le guide m\u00e9tier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la transmission r\u00e9guli\u00e8re aux organisations syndicales de tous les documents relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion comme le rapport IGAS sur l\u2019inclusion, \u00e9voqu\u00e9 lors de l\u2019audience du 27 janvier 2026 et dont nous n\u2019avons pas \u00e9t\u00e9 destinataires.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un calendrier de groupes de travail sur les contours et implication d\u2019un statut pour ces personnels avec des \u00e9tudes d\u2019impact pr\u00e9cises ce qui permettrait d\u2019aborder, enfin, cette question s\u00e9rieusement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, la construction et l\u2019\u00e9volution du m\u00e9tier d\u2019AESH ne peuvent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9cid\u00e9es dans le seul cadre de la Conf\u00e9rence nationale du handicap (CNH). Si cette instance peut constituer un espace d\u2019\u00e9change avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, elle ne saurait se substituer aux cadres r\u00e9glementaires du dialogue social. Les missions, le cadre d\u2019emploi et l\u2019avenir professionnel des AESH doivent relever des instances statutaires comp\u00e9tentes et d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable dialogue social avec les repr\u00e9sentants des personnels. D\u00e9cider de l\u2019\u00e9volution de ce m\u00e9tier en dehors de ces cadres serait \u00e0 la fois inefficace et profond\u00e9ment irrespectueux des agent\u00b7es concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il est grand temps pour le minist\u00e8re de revaloriser le m\u00e9tier d\u2019AESH en cr\u00e9ant un v\u00e9ritable statut, en garantissant un temps plein choisi, un salaire digne et des perspectives de carri\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/snalc.forms.app\/contact-aesh\">Contact AESH<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comit\u00e9 social d&rsquo;administration minist\u00e9riel de l&rsquo;\u00c9ducation nationale 17 mars 2026 Comme tant d\u2019autres m\u00e9tiers, le m\u00e9tier AESH concentre tous les marqueurs des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s professionnelles femmes-hommes.
