{"id":5115,"date":"2026-05-05T19:29:04","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T17:29:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=5115"},"modified":"2026-05-05T19:29:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T17:29:07","slug":"manuels-scolaires-compte-rendu-du-4-mai-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snalc.org\/snalc2023\/?p=5115","title":{"rendered":"Manuels scolaires : compte rendu du 4 mai 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snalc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/manuels-scolaires-magnific_2925518157.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65692\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00a9 magnific_2925518157<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9union avec l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compte rendu du SNALC du 4 mai 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE TH\u00c8ME<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (IGESR) portant sur les manuels scolaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019ESSENTIEL<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir auditionn\u00e9 des personnels vari\u00e9s sur le terrain, men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate ayant recueilli plusieurs milliers de r\u00e9ponses, puis entendu des chercheurs et des repr\u00e9sentants des collectivit\u00e9s locales, l\u2019IGESR r\u00e9unit aujourd\u2019hui les organisations syndicales autour des points suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019utilisation des manuels et autres ressources par les enseignants (y compris les fichiers) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les manuels num\u00e9riques ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La labellisation des manuels ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les relations avec les \u00e9diteurs et les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales concernant les manuels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LE SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En s\u2019appuyant sur une enqu\u00eate ant\u00e9rieure, le SNALC a rappel\u00e9 que les professeurs, dans la pr\u00e9paration de leurs cours, utilisent des supports vari\u00e9s (recherche documentaire en ligne ou non, manuels scolaires, etc.). Le manuel n\u2019est qu\u2019un outil parmi d\u2019autres, et non un guide unique ou incontournable de la progression p\u00e9dagogique. Les manuels doivent \u00eatre mis \u00e0 disposition des professeurs et des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, mais leur utilisation ne saurait \u00eatre impos\u00e9e, ni par une labellisation ni par aucun autre moyen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Par ailleurs, les fichiers sont utilis\u00e9s par de nombreux coll\u00e8gues du premier degr\u00e9 ; toutefois, les financements actuels ne permettent pas d\u2019\u00e9quiper chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve chaque ann\u00e9e. Imposer certains fichiers constituerait une atteinte inacceptable \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il est pr\u00e9occupant de constater que certaines r\u00e9gions imposent le num\u00e9rique, parfois pour des raisons d\u2019affichage politique ou d\u2019\u00e9conomie, au d\u00e9triment d\u2019une prise en compte r\u00e9elle des besoins. Pour le SNALC, c\u2019est \u00e0 partir des besoins concrets du terrain qu\u2019il convient d\u2019agir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le SNALC n\u2019a pas de relations directes avec les \u00e9diteurs. Nous rencontrons les collectivit\u00e9s locales dans le cadre de diverses instances acad\u00e9miques ou d\u00e9partementales, ou lors des conseils d\u2019administration. Les \u00e9changes avec les mairies interviennent principalement lorsque le syndicat agit pour emp\u00eacher une fermeture de classe ; les manuels scolaires ne font g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas partie de ces discussions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 une Inspection ayant men\u00e9 un r\u00e9el travail de terrain, dont l\u2019objectif ne para\u00eet pas \u00eatre de soutenir l\u2019imposition ni la labellisation des manuels, le SNALC a pu porter un message centr\u00e9 sur les attentes des coll\u00e8gues, concepteurs de leurs cours, et insister sur l\u2019importance de leur donner les moyens d\u2019exercer pleinement leur m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e9union avec l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Compte rendu du SNALC du 4 mai 2026 LE TH\u00c8ME Une mission a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale (IGESR) portant sur les manuels scolaires.
