Apr\u00e8s la bienveillance,&nbsp;tant rab\u00e2ch\u00e9e, il semblerait&nbsp;que \u00ab l\u2019innovation \u00bb soit devenue la&nbsp;nouvelle reine des communiqu\u00e9s et&nbsp;injonctions hi\u00e9rarchiques.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous n\u2019en avez pas encore entendu parler&nbsp;? Pourtant, des rectorats, comme \u00e0&nbsp;Reims, mettent en place des journ\u00e9es&nbsp;acad\u00e9miques de l\u2019innovation pour \u00ab installer&nbsp;les Bonheurs \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole \u00bb (sic), quand ils ne&nbsp;participent pas, comme une entreprise commerciale,&nbsp;\u00e0 des foires pour pr\u00e9senter \u00ab des&nbsp;innovations p\u00e9dagogiques \u00bb aux visiteurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, lors de r\u00e9unions de rentr\u00e9e, des&nbsp;recteurs ont demand\u00e9 \u00ab un changement de&nbsp;philosophie et de m\u00e9thode \u00bb donc d\u2019innover,&nbsp;avec, soyons rassur\u00e9s, un \u00ab droit \u00e0 l\u2019erreur \u00bb.&nbsp;L\u2019innovation est donc le mot d\u2019ordre actuel&nbsp;pour briller aux yeux de sa hi\u00e9rarchie, alors&nbsp;cr\u00e9ons, innovons, transformons\u2026tartempions!&nbsp;Cette nouvelle ritournelle ne doit pas vous faire&nbsp;culpabiliser. Rappelez-vous que vous \u00eates d\u00e9j\u00e0&nbsp;au coeur de l\u2019innovation, au quotidien :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous innovez en faisant cours par-ci par-l\u00e0\u00e0 des classes en attente de professeurs ;&nbsp;en vous demandant dans combien d\u2019\u00e9tablissements&nbsp;vous serez finalement affect\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00e0 la rentr\u00e9e (1, 2, ou 3 ?) ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>vous cr\u00e9ez lorsque vous faites du sur mesurepour tous les PAP, PPRE et PPS de vos&nbsp;classes ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>vous exp\u00e9rimentez chaque semaine pourtenter de faire progresser vos classes, malgr\u00e9&nbsp;un temps p\u00e9dagogique rogn\u00e9 par l\u2019accumulation&nbsp;des r\u00e9unions et autres paperasses;<\/li>\n<li>vous inventez chaque cours puisque chaque classe est diff\u00e9rente et qu\u2019une m\u00eame classe n\u2019est pas la m\u00eame entre le lundi matin et le vendredi apr\u00e8s-midi ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>vous vous renouvelez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement lorsque, en tant que contractuel, vous passez d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement \u00e0 l\u2019autre.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le SNALC vous invite donc \u00e0 ne pas culpabiliser&nbsp;si vous n\u2019\u00eates pas \u00e0 la t\u00eate de 15 projets&nbsp;\u00ab innovants \u00bb par an.
