Il est temps de prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer correctement les personnels, garantie indispensable de la qualit\u00e9 de notre \u00e9cole.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-c94e945 ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Or, ce n\u2019est pas en proposant un \u00ab pacte \u00bb \u2013 donc des t\u00e2ches suppl\u00e9mentaires \u2013 en \u00e9change d\u2019une pseudo-revalorisation de leur traitement que ce gouvernement parviendra \u00e0 rendre leur attractivit\u00e9 \u00e0 nos m\u00e9tiers. L<\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; color: var( --e-global-color-c94e945 ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">e SNALC r\u00e9clame depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-c94e945 ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0px;\">un v\u00e9ritable rattrapage salarial, sans contrepartie.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><strong>En tant qu\u2019organisation syndicale repr\u00e9sentative, le SNALC participe aux r\u00e9unions de \u201cconcertation\u201d 2022-2023 sur la revalorisation des enseignants, CPE, Psy-EN. Derri\u00e8re cette r\u00e9union, il y a bien \u00ab&nbsp;la question du pacte&nbsp;\u00bb. Cette r\u00e9union sert \u00e0 faire un tour d\u2019horizon des missions compl\u00e9mentaires et de leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, et commence \u00e0 indiquer des pistes d\u2019\u00e9volution (coordination par niveau, par cycle, coordination de projet, travail interdisciplinaire\u2026).<\/p><p>Le pacte est \u00e0 la fois sur une meilleure reconnaissance d\u2019actions d\u00e9j\u00e0 faites\/in\u00e9galement faites, et puis sur des missions qui ne sont pas suffisamment exerc\u00e9es (exemple du remplacement de courte dur\u00e9e).<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Le SNALC A INSIST\u00c9 SUR\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong>Son refus du pacte<\/strong>, et sa revendication que les 300 millions qui doivent y \u00eatre consacr\u00e9s soient revers\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019enveloppe servant \u00e0 la part inconditionnelle de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration (qui doit s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 tous, et non seulement \u00e0 certains).<\/li><li><strong>Le rappel des enqu\u00eates de la DEPP sur le temps de travail r\u00e9el des enseignants et le bien-\u00eatre<\/strong> au travail de ces derniers, dont les r\u00e9sultats vont clairement \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la logique du pacte et de la politique qui est men\u00e9e.<\/li><li><strong>Le d\u00e9passement des 108h dans le premier degr\u00e9<\/strong> ainsi que la question des 10 minutes d\u2019accueil, et l\u2019alourdissement de la charge de travail de la <strong>direction<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019augmentation tr\u00e8s nette de la charge de travail des professeurs principaux<\/strong> alors que l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9e, ce qui cr\u00e9e un tr\u00e8s net manque d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la fonction. Il est anormal que le sujet des professeurs principaux ne figure m\u00eame pas dans le document de travail (<em>mea culpa de l\u2019administration sur le sujet<\/em>).<\/li><li><strong>La question de la prise en compte de l\u2019\u00e9cole inclusive<\/strong>, qui prend \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de temps et d\u2019\u00e9nergie, d\u2019autant plus du fait de son organisation au rabais.<\/li><li><strong>Les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sur les missions compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong> (femme\/homme, temps partiel, CPE et professeurs documentalistes\u2026)&nbsp;; l\u2019insuffisance du nombre d\u2019IMP au regard des missions effectu\u00e9es&nbsp;; le faible valeur financi\u00e8re des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires comme des IMP&nbsp;; l\u2019aggravation des conditions de travail sur les coll\u00e8gues ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (2<sup>e<\/sup> HSA imposable par exemple)&nbsp;; l\u2019insuffisance des enveloppes d\u2019IMP dans les \u00e9tablissements pour m\u00eame r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer aux taux pr\u00e9vus les missions existantes, comme la coordination de discipline.<\/li><li><strong>Son refus de disserter sur une d\u00e9gradation objective de nos conditions de travail<\/strong> (imposition de remplacements de courte dur\u00e9e, formation continue hors temps d\u2019enseignement\u2026).<\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>L\u2019AVIS DU SNALC<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Alors m\u00eame que le ministre ne cesse de parler du fameux pacte dans les m\u00e9dias, son minist\u00e8re n\u2019est toujours pas en capacit\u00e9 de nous expliquer le d\u00e9but du commencement de son fonctionnement, pla\u00e7ant au mois de janvier (apr\u00e8s les \u00e9lections professionnelles) les \u00e9changes sur ce point. Ce n\u2019est ni s\u00e9rieux, ni rassurant. Le minist\u00e8re n\u2019a pas r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la question du SNALC, qui demandait comment \u00e9taient calcul\u00e9s les \u00ab&nbsp;jusqu\u2019\u00e0 20&nbsp;% de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration suppl\u00e9mentaire&nbsp;\u00bb annonc\u00e9s publiquement par le ministre (dont 10&nbsp;% sur le fameux pacte).<\/p><p>Le minist\u00e8re doit tirer les enseignements des enqu\u00eates tr\u00e8s objectives et compl\u00e8tes qu\u2019il m\u00e8ne lui-m\u00eame, et cesser avec cette notion de pacte, qui n\u2019est pas une revalorisation, et qui aura pour cons\u00e9quence de diviser les
