Mais sur&nbsp;les moyens d\u2019action, nous pensons avoir mieux \u00e0 proposer. <\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>OBJECTIF 1 : AM\u00c9LIORER&nbsp;LE NIVEAU DES \u00c9L\u00c8VES&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>Il y aura des dispositifs, des plans\u2026 \u00e0&nbsp;moyens constants. Pour le SNALC, il faut&nbsp;clairement augmenter l\u2019investissement&nbsp;dans l\u2019\u00e9cole pour am\u00e9liorer le niveau.&nbsp;Le minist\u00e8re parle des effets positifs des&nbsp;d\u00e9doublements, montrant qu\u2019\u00e0 moins&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves par classe, on fait mieux. Dont&nbsp;acte !&nbsp;<\/p><p>Mais ce ne saurait \u00eatre suffisant. Nous&nbsp;pr\u00f4nons un accent mis sur l\u2019apprentissage&nbsp;rigoureux de connaissances (voir dossier)&nbsp;ainsi que sur l\u2019investissement personnel,&nbsp;notions tomb\u00e9es en d\u00e9su\u00e9tude.&nbsp;<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>OBJECTIF 2 : LUTTER CONTRE&nbsp;LES IN\u00c9GALIT\u00c9S ET AM\u00c9LIORER&nbsp;LA MIXIT\u00c9&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>La mixit\u00e9 est un facteur important. Mais,&nbsp;tant que l\u2019\u00e9ducation prioritaire aura la r\u00e9putation&nbsp;d\u2019\u00eatre le lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on exp\u00e9rimente&nbsp;plut\u00f4t que de permettre aux professeurs&nbsp;d\u2019enseigner, o\u00f9 l\u2019on s\u2019arrange avec le r\u00e9el&nbsp;des difficult\u00e9s scolaires et o\u00f9 l\u2019on finit par&nbsp;orienter par d\u00e9faut, les tentatives de mixit\u00e9&nbsp;n\u2019enrichiront que le priv\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Pour le SNALC, lutter contre les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s&nbsp;scolaires signifie d\u2019abord permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019\u00eatre ambitieux, de d\u00e9couvrir le&nbsp;go\u00fbt d\u2019apprendre et de savoir. Une erreur&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 de diminuer ou d\u2019interdire le travail&nbsp;personnel. Ce sont les plus ais\u00e9s qui paient&nbsp;des cours particuliers ou qui ont des biblioth\u00e8ques&nbsp;et savent s\u2019en servir.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Plus urgemment, il faut, d\u00e8s la sixi\u00e8me,&nbsp;permettre aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves les plus en difficult\u00e9&nbsp;de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de groupes restreints afin&nbsp;qu\u2019ils puissent esp\u00e9rer rattraper leur retard&nbsp;(qui ne concerne pas que les math\u00e9matiques\u2026).<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>OBJECTIF 3 : AM\u00c9LIORER&nbsp;LE FONCTIONNEMENT&nbsp;DE L\u2019\u00c9COLE&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019autonomie des \u00e9tablissements ne fonctionne&nbsp;pas. Pire, elle aggrave les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s.&nbsp;Et que fait-on ? On continue dans le m\u00eame&nbsp;sens.
