Or, malgr\u00e9 la pression, le gouvernement reste toujours sourd aux revendications des AESH.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un corps statutaire<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>La proposition de loi visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un corps de fonctionnaires d\u2019AESH mise au d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale a \u00e9t\u00e9 balay\u00e9e par le gouvernement d\u2019un revers de main. L\u2019acc\u00e8s au CDI au bout de trois ans ne reconna\u00eet pas la valeur professionnelle des AESH, ne r\u00e9sout absolument pas l\u2019absence d\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier et laisse les AESH dans la m\u00eame situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Nous d\u00e9non\u00e7ons le recours au recrutement priv\u00e9 d\u2019AESH&nbsp;: c\u2019est la remise en question de l\u2019acc\u00e8s au service public, de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019institution.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Les droits des AESH sont bafou\u00e9s&nbsp;: le temps de pause est parfois sacrifi\u00e9, les risques d\u2019accidents du travail sont amplifi\u00e9s par le nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves accompagn\u00e9s, les diff\u00e9rents lieux d\u2019intervention se multiplient, les trajets s\u2019\u00e9tendent, des AESH subissent des d\u00e9cisions de non-renouvellement en raison de leur situation m\u00e9dicale\u2026<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pour une augmentation de salaire<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>La grille salariale est totalement tass\u00e9e sur les 3 premiers \u00e9chelons. Les temps incomplets impos\u00e9s placent la plupart des AESH sous le seuil de pauvret\u00e9 et ne leur permettent pas de vivre dignement de leur travail.<\/p><p>Le versement d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 REP-REP+, dont le montant est en-de\u00e7\u00e0 de 36% \u00e0 celui que per\u00e7oivent les autres personnels exer\u00e7ant en \u00e9ducation prioritaire, et l\u2019annonce d\u2019une augmentation de 10% du budget allou\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des AESH sans plus de d\u00e9tails, apparaissent comme une provocation.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pour l\u2019abandon des PIAL <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation des PIAL&nbsp;a d\u00e9grad\u00e9 les conditions de travail pour les AESH&nbsp;: emplois du temps \u00e9clat\u00e9s, remplacement au pied lev\u00e9 des coll\u00e8gues absentes et absents, d\u00e9placements du jour au lendemain sans aucun respect du travail ni de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><ul><li><strong>Pour l\u2019abandon de la r\u00e9forme des retraites <\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>Le projet de r\u00e9forme des retraites pr\u00e9vu par le gouvernement et visant \u00e0 faire travailler plus longtemps est inacceptable.<\/p><p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Nous exigeons du minist\u00e8re des mesures imm\u00e9diates pour obtenir un statut de fonctionnaire et pour am\u00e9liorer les salaires et les conditions d\u2019emploi des AESH&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable statut de la Fonction publique d\u2019\u00c9tat, de cat\u00e9gorie B, pour reconna\u00eetre le m\u00e9tier d\u2019AESH ;<\/li><li>l\u2019augmentation des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations de toutes et tous sur toute la carri\u00e8re ;<\/li><li>la garantie de pouvoir travailler \u00e0 temps complet sur la base d\u2019un accompagnement \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 24h ;<\/li><li>l\u2019abandon des PIAL et de la politique de mutualisation des moyens ;<\/li><li>l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une formation initiale et continue qualifiante \u00e0 la hauteur des missions ;<\/li><li>le recrutement des AESH qui manquent pour permettre \u00e0 tous et toutes les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation de handicap de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un accompagnement correspondant pleinement \u00e0 leurs besoins ;<\/li><li>l\u2019abandon du projet de r\u00e9forme des retraites<\/li><\/ul><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p><strong>Nous, signataires (CGT Educ\u2019action, CGT Agri, CGT enseignement priv\u00e9, FNEC-FP-FO, FO enseignement agricole, FSU, SNUipp-FSU, SNES-FSU, SNUEP-FSU, SNETAP-FSU, SNALC, SNCL-FAEN, SUD, SUD rural, Sundep), disons notre d\u00e9termination \u00e0 avancer pour en finir avec l\u2019insupportable pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 des AESH et leur garantir la reconnaissance d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable m\u00e9tier.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Si le gouvernement restait sourd aux attentes l\u00e9gitimes, nous nous engagerions dans la mobilisation et la gr\u00e8ve interprofessionnelle pour qu\u2019aboutisse l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de nos revendications.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae372d6 elementor-widget
